The goal of mindfulness is to become mindfully aware during all waking activities. The key to abundant life is to live mindfully attuned to the self, mindfully aware of others, and mindfully attentive to the divine. Mindfulness creates spaces of transformation to help you reclaim belovedness, heal from hurt and harm, & uncover your deeper authentic self. All of life is filled with Spirit, the sacred divine essence of life. This sacredness can be experienced through mindfulness.
